Lay the groundwork for your construction career!

NZ Certificate Level 2 – 60 Credits

Establish your goals, lock in your pathway, and build your carpentry skills with this practical one semester programme. Work with a team on exciting construction projects, improve your literacy and numeracy, and boost your industry knowledge. Best of all, this is a fees FREE* trades training programme with plenty of mentor support!

Duration and study options:

  • Full time study (20 weeks)
  • Part time study (40 weeks)

Credits: 60

Entry requirement:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • May be a school leaver
  • A New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Residence

Course topics:

  • Pathways and Goals (10 weeks)
  • Projects (10 weeks)
